My work bridges the ancient and the strategic. I use Human Design as a culturally grounded system of life guidance that draws on the ancestral wisdom encoded in the I Ching, astrology, Kabbalah, and the chakra system. At the root of my approach is a belief that your body already remembers who you are. Human Design gives us a language to translate that knowing into action.

With over 20 years of experience in strategy, communications, and marketing across higher education, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses, I bring a design thinking lens to spiritual transformation. I hold an MBA in Design Strategy, a certification in Diversity and Inclusion, and formal training as a Human Design reader and coach. Whether I am guiding individuals or designing group experiences, my goal is always the same. I help people reclaim their rhythm, trust their design, and live in alignment.
